West Plain Emergency

Emergency product protocol is stated on Connect Team. Must pay prior to pick up by placing “West Plains Emergency” in your cart along with product choice of Versa,Newtox or Hylenex and the amount. The cold product is in the pick up refrigerator and the filler is in the cabinet. Emergency product is clearly marked “Emergency”. Please sign, date and write the product taken on the emergency sign out sheet. Please refer to all protocol as outlined under “West Plains Pick Up”
